Start your meal with the popular Aguachile Rojo de Camarón, a mouthwatering blend of shrimp, onion, aguachile sauce, pepitas, and avocado, then continue with one of the restaurant’s signature mains, like the Salmon a la Pina, featuring salmon with pineapple, asparagus, and creamy rice, or the Pulpo al Pesto, where tender octopus meets pesto and lemon.
