About Jules By the Sea: Jewelry designer Jules Kramer describes her Santa Barbara lifestyle brand as a little boho, a bit of Baja and a touch of rancho. The magical melange of goods available at her two lifestyle galleries—including everything from crystals, blankets and leather-bound journals to candles, bath and body treats and more—is built upon the foundation of her handmade jewelry. The business, which started as a humble atelier in 2012, has since evolved to include a small collection of 14k and diamond fine jewelry, a premium collection of sterling silver and gold-fill with semi-precious stones and a casual line of "fashion jewelry" for price-conscious customers.
Jewelry takes center stage and is supported by a tight selection of gifts, housewares and permanent jewelry services at the OG Jules By the Sea boutique, which is located in a 1950s Quonset hut alongside other local artisans a few blocks from the ocean. With easy access, plentiful parking, convenience for popping in for a quick gift, the newer spacious Uptown location houses a more extensive selection of gifts and decor items and boasts the square footage to host painting, jewelry-making classes, birthday parties and friend gatherings.
