Tileco is a family-owned business that was started in 1977 by the Muscio family in Santa Maria. Gina’s (pictured in the middle) parents, Mike and Margaret Burchiere, purchased the company in the '80s and opened the other locations. Gina proudly states, “that she is a product of growing up in the industry- living and breathing tile since I was born. I never thought I would end up in the business, but here I am, and I love it. We pulled my husband in as well; he is the CFO, and Bert Muscio runs the Santa Barbara store. My sister, Nikki, is in charge of all of our Social Media. We truly are a family run business, and our roots run deep on the Central Coast.”
